Things I said Alhumdulillah for in February…
Alhumdulillah means “All Praise is due to God” and are the words uttered by a Muslim when he/she is expressing gratitude to Allah. I find myself saying this numerous times a day and this post is a collection of moments when I have said Alhumdulilah during the past month.
Things I said Alhumdulillah for in February:
- Little Z being offered a place in school for FS1 starting September 2021! Alhumdulillah. He’s not so keen on the concept of school yet though, so should be interesting to see how the journey goes.
- Getting my grubby Dyson V8 cleaned thanks to a small business NovaFix. So glad to have my dyson back to it’s amazing self…I literally use it on a daily basis! (Let me know if you need the details of the company that services and repairs, I would be happy to share.)
- Creating another Instastory filter, this time for Distance Learning and Home Learning with my very own doodles. More details here.
- Little Z sleeping through the entire night in his own bed! WOOHOOO! It’s a much awaited break through!
- Half term break even if it was just 3 days! I am already counting down to the end of term holidays!
- Last BBQ of the winter with family at Al Qudra.
- Publishing my set of Ramadan Printables and receiving lots of love and support! Make sure to download them if you haven’t already.
- Publishing my last post as a Johnsons Baby Arabia Ambassador for 2020/2021. It has been such an incredible experience and I am so grateful to have been part of it.
- Lazy weekends at home spent ordering take away with the family.
- My baby bro. Mr A, moving into his own apartment in a new town as he starts his new job. I can’t wait to visit, when all these pandemic restrictions finally lift.
These are just a few of the many times I uttered the words Alhumdulillah this month. Check out what I was thankful for last month here. Also, here’s a list of what I was thankful for in February last year! What are you thankful for? Feel free to share your moments in the comments section below.
