Iftar at Novotel World Trade Centre – Review…
A few days ago my family and I were kindly invited to preview the Iftar Buffet at Novotel World Trade Centre’s Entre-Nous Restaurant, prepared by Chef Jean Ballouz and his team of chefs.
The dining area was reasonably spacious, and included much attention to detail in regards to the tables and over all aesthetics, with a plate of dates at each table. Baby chairs are also available upon request.
The Iftar dining options range from authentic Arabic, Mediterranean, and a variety of International dishes. As well as traditional Ramadan sweets and beverages, there is also a selection of cold and hot Mezzeh. Who can resist some delicious Kibbeh?
A live cooking station is also available, preparing Master Z’s favourite dish-Shawarmas! We enjoyed their huge selection of main dishes, and I especially loved their Baked Jacket Potato, perfectly portioned for each person. The highlight of the buffet, the Lamb Ouzi, was there in all it’s glory too…as you can see it pictured below.
To end the buffet on a sweet note, a delicious selection of Arabic desserts and coffee/tea is available. The strawberry choux are not to be missed out on!
Thank you to the Novotel team for having us and for showering us with your hospitality. You too can enjoy this delicious spread all throughout Ramadan.
